In Almansa 11 each tenant has complete independence and privacy in their flat, which always has a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, but in addition to their flat, they can also enjoy a large terrace on the top floor of the building, and a cosy place called El Burlador de Sevilla on the ground floor. Both can be used freely during most of the time. They are a meeting and cultural exchange point for the neighbours of the building, and a variety of leisure and cultural activities take place there.
